OUR FOUNDER & CEO
Theresa Brooks leads ARASART 7 Management with over 15 years of distinguished professional experience. Her career began with nine years of Active Duty in the US Navy, where she served as a Military Personnel and Payroll Specialist. Theresa's dedication to service extends beyond her military tenure; she is passionate about assisting fellow veterans in finding rewarding employment opportunities. Whether you're a veteran re-entering the workforce, a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career, or an employer seeking top-tier talent, Theresa is committed to empowering your journey with our expertise and resources.

Leadership in Government Service
Transitioning from military service, Theresa has 25 years of Federal Government experience as an Audit Coordinator, Training Specialist, Human Resources and Staffing, Specialist Assistant to the Assistant Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Civilian Military Pay and Personnel Technician for the Department of Defense (DoD) and spent the last six years of her tenure as a Federal Government Correspondence Analyst, managing high-level accounts and overseeing critical executive actions. Her expertise in risk management, process improvement, and curriculum design has been instrumental in her success, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail and timely execution.
